ASSOCIATE BUILDER/MECHANIC

Job Description:

PowerNation Studios in Franklin TN has an opening for a Builder/Fabricator/Co-Host. This is a regular, full-time position with company benefits. Proven skills in vehicle project planning, design, mechanics, and fabrication are required, and experience with off-road and 4×4 vehicles is preferred. This position requires working with the Show Producer to conceive projects and editorial for the shows, providing work required for project building, acquiring all parts necessary for each production shoot, and collaborating with other employees to ensure editorial obligations are met. The position also requires appearing on camera in shows or other productions.

Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist in completing project vehicles on schedule as agreed upon with the Show Producer and Builder/Co-Hosts
  • Provide mechanical work required in project building and testing using the highest level of workmanship on all projects. This may vary based on the project, and you may be required to work without assistance
  • Assist Builder/Co-Hosts in acquiring necessary parts for all projects, and confirm the parts are correct prior to production of the Show segment
  • Must have complete and total understanding and knowledge of the safe operations of any equipment in the assigned studio, and complete required ongoing safety training
  • Assist the Show Producer in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, keep the studio clean, and tools in their proper place
  • Complete TDOT driver training and drive Production transport vehicles, including truck & trailer combinations
  • Assist in the maintenance of Production vehicles and the warehouse facility
  • Work with the Show Producer to create on-camera content

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • College or technical school with appropriate technical certifications or equivalent on-the-job experience
  • Experience with automotive mechanical work, with some knowledge of automotive restoration preferred
  • Good on-camera voice and appearance, and ability to speak clearly on camera
  • Ability to collaborate with Builder/Co-Hosts, Producer/Directors, Technical Producers, Videographers, and Sales staff in creating high-quality content and project vehicles
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record

MEDIA EXECUTIVE

Job Description:

PowerNation Studios is seeking a highly motivated, solutions-oriented individual to join our team as an Account Executive. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an ability to present customized ideas that produce results for new and existing clients utilizing PowerNation’s Automotive Aftermarket Television shows and digital platforms.

Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Develop new and non-traditional revenue through consistent and creative prospecting
  • Establish strong client relationships based on understanding their business objectives
  • Work with internal team members to develop effective strategies that meet client needs
  • Deliver impactful, dynamic presentations to small and large groups
  • Provide the highest level of customer service
  • Consistently achieve assigned revenue goals

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with decision-makers at all levels
  • Proven track record of selling integrated sponsorships
  • Experience working directly with brands as well as agencies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • 2+ years of related experience and college degree preferred

MARKETING PRODUCER

Job Description:

The POWERNATION Studios and Circle Country Marketing Department is in search of a bold, creative Marketing Producer to join our Marketing Team with exceptional videography, lighting, editing, and motion graphics skills. The Marketing Producer will be the ultimate content creator who can write, shoot, design, and edit marketing materials for broadcast, digital, social media, and streaming platforms for POWERNATION Studios and Circle Country. Our ideal candidate will be highly motivated, team-oriented, and have a positive can-do attitude that is always willing to learn new skills. This is a fun place to work, with projects ranging from the car building industry (we are talking some really cool cars and trucks) to country music (the stars of the past to the present), and more to come!

Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Working with the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Producer will execute creative brand concepts for all media platforms; on-air, fast channel, digital, YouTube, and social.
  • Write, Shoot, and Edit marketing materials for programming, clients and events.
  • Create graphic design assets and content for marketing efforts across social and digital platforms.
  • Coordinate approved contesting for marketing initiatives.
  • Ability to work across departments to coordinate and execute the daily marketing plan for on-air, fast channels, digital, streaming properties, YouTube, and outside media campaigns.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Excellent writing and communication skills and experience with video pre- and post-production
  • Enjoy shooting run-and-gun docu-style footage one day and big-budget studio promotions the next.
  • Skilled in the Adobe Suite with solid editing knowledge of Premiere and After Effects.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Film/Video, or other related fields.
  • Individuals who work or have worked in similar roles in an Ad Agency or Broadcast Television Station will find the role similar to those creative environments.
  • Must provide a creative reel demonstrating knowledge of video production, especially Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, cinematography, and writing.
  • Experience with Facebook/Instagram/Twitter/TikTok/YouTube, etc. is a plus.

  • Offer innovative digital solutions that span a wide array of digital products including Paid search, Targeted Video/Display, Streaming TV, Targeted Email, Digital Audio, and more.
  • Support sales staff with dynamic marketing presentations and strategies that win.
  • Manage all facets of campaign execution by working with the Digital Coordinator and Digital Media Team
  • A proactive approach to staying ahead of emerging trends in digital media and marketing. Always seeking new opportunities to enhance our strategies and deliver client solutions.
  • Develop and present concise reporting decks highlighting the success of the campaign and recommendations for future campaigns
  • Promote positive working relationships within the department, the company, and the vendor community

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • 2+ years in digital media sales
  • BA/BS degree preferred
  • A thorough understanding of the digital advertising media landscape
